Submission Information
Each mp3 file should contain a minimum of 6 unedited extracts taken from a number of programmes and not exceed 30 minutes duration.
The extracts must be separated with a 2 seconds dead air, so that Judges will understand where each extract ends and the next one begins. You will be asked to complete the running order of extracts on the entry form.
No other editing is permitted and all other programme material should be included in full. For example you are NOT permitted to take the first three minutes of an interview, fade down and then include a further piece from that same interview. You may either include one excerpt from the interview or the entire interview, should it fall within the time allowed for that entry.
Additional post-production audio material such as voice links, introductions or sign-offs are not permitted i.e. do not use voice links, stings, music beds or other post-produced elements. Judges are specifically instructed to disqualify should this occur.
The entry must be supported by a 500 word paragraph.
